Campus is a 12-month professional learning and development programme designed by industry-leading training and sales experts to provide talented and committed young people with the skills and attributes they need to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Campus is currently operated in Hull and Newcastle and is open to anyone aged between 18 and 24. Graduates of the programme will be rewarded with the offer of permanent full-time employment in one of the most well-respected businesses in the North of England.

How many places are on the programme?
We will employ an intake of 6 Trainee Sales Executives for both our Hull location and Newcastle location, meaning a total of 12 positions are available across the two locations.
As only 6 positions are on offer at each location, places on the programme are highly sought-after and the recruitment process will be both competitive and challenging… just like things are in the world of business.
What’s the process?
The recruitment process for Campus is intended to welcome as many applicants as possible. Because of this, we will run a series of open days and interviews across Hull and Newcastle that will involve practical and mental challenges to test your aptitude and encourage you to fight hard to earn your place on the Campus programme.
