We’re excited to launch our new brand, beginning a new chapter in our story and inviting our customers to join with us in harnessing the power of digital technology, now and into the future.
Today’s change from IT@Spectrum to Spectrum is hardly the most radical of rebrands, but there’s no need for a dramatic overhaul.
Spectrum has been part of our company name since we were founded as Spectrum Copiers 38 years ago and we’ve always used Spectrum as the shorthand for the business.
But, while our name and visual brand remain reassuringly familiar, we believe this is an important change for us and for our customers.
The new brand removes any potential confusion as to who we are and what we do. We’re not an IT support business – that’s a key part of what our sister company, The One Point, offers – and we want new clients and partners to understand that.
Our existing customers know we’re committed to providing them with highly-efficient print and information management services and, as experts in automation, helping them to maximise the opportunities offered by digital technology.
And, now, our simplified brand reflects that. It communicates in a single word how we offer our customers the full spectrum of services to work smarter, reduce costs, improve business processes and productivity and, ultimately, be more profitable, through digital technology.
The change is underlined by this new website which we feel showcases the experience, expertise and resources we offer to our customers and how clients across many sectors trust us to help make their business better.
We know the past couple of years have been tough for everybody, in so many ways, personally and professionally.
Our customers and partners have responded to the challenges of the pandemic with amazing resilience and innovation. Through necessity, we’ve all found new ways of working and we’re proud to have helped many of our clients by introducing them to digital solutions to unprecedented business challenges.
It’s obvious that digital transformation has been fast-tracked by the pandemic. That means it’s even more urgent for businesses of all kinds to better understand and embrace the benefits of digital technology and automation.
