The Solution

Over the last decade, Spectrum have partnered with Fairburns to provide information and document management software solutions that automate various finance department processes. Using industry-leading Spindle and Flexicapture software, the Fairburns solution allows for internally-generated documents such as sales invoices to be created, distributed and filed away automatically.

The bespoke solution we provide allows Fairburns to process purchase invoices (as well as staff expenses) in a digitised, efficient and auditable way. This considerably reduces the amount of man-hours required for cross checking information and inputting data. Spectrum’s email capture solution has also been implemented to further speed up processes by reducing the reliance on human input. Each solution is fully integrated with Fairburns’ existing Accounts software.
