The Solution
The Managed Print Service provided by Spectrum deals with all of Fenner Plc’s head office print needs under a single umbrella, controlling costs, increasing efficiency and leaving staff free to do what they do best. Ongoing account management allows Spectrum to provide what is best for the customer by closely monitoring existing devices to understand how they are used and by talking to users about their experiences. More recently, Fenner Plc’s in-house marketing and design departments have seen an increase in the need for colour print and Spectrum have been able to introduce state-of-the-art Canon devices to meet Fenner’s daily requirements.
The recent addition of a bespoke document and information management solution has allowed Fenner Plc to vastly improve the efficiency of its archiving, both in respect of physical space, but also in terms of slick document retrieval and secure, safe storage.
