Their existing system was far from user-friendly and the Board had become frustrated at the levels of service from the previous provider. Ideal therefore wanted a more intuitive system that could be backed by outstanding levels of service.

Unhappy with their existing Business Intelligence software, Ideal Boilers engaged with Spectrum to introduce a ground-breaking alternative that can now be used to quickly create informative dashboards, pulling information from multiple sources across this vast business.

The intuitive solution that has been implemented allows the Ideal Board to see top level KPI’s on performance across the business, with the ability to drill down into each department, whether it be production, logistics, finance, sales or marketing. On an ongoing basis, Spectrum manage and maintain this solution that has truly put Ideal in control of their data, also directly providing user training when necessary.
